1. Payment Process
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and other electronic payment methods as indicated at checkout. Payment is processed securely through our trusted payment gateway.
Recurring Payments
- For residential monthly packages, payments will be billed automatically at the start of each billing cycle. By purchasing a recurring package, you authorize Toronto Snow Pros to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until cancellation.
Payment Confirmation
Once payment is processed, you will receive an email confirmation with your receipt and details of the services purchased. Please retain this confirmation for your records.
2. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Prepaid Emergency Snow Removal Cards
- The 24-hour cancellation policy applies only to prepaid emergency snow removal cards. Customers must cancel by 7:00 PM the night before the scheduled service to avoid penalties.
- Same-day cancellations or any cancellations after 7:00 PM the night before a service will result in a 50% loss of the prepaid card value for the requested service.
Residential Monthly Packages
- No Refunds for Monthly Plans: Once you purchase a residential monthly package, you are committing to the entire plan, which will be billed upfront for the full duration of the service period (e.g., 5 months).
- Commitment to Plan: By purchasing a monthly plan, you are agreeing to the service for the entire term, and the payment is non-refundable, as we can only accommodate a limited number of clients.
- Missed or unused services are non-refundable.
3. Service Terms
Scope of Services
- Snow removal services will be performed as per the package you selected during checkout.
- Emergency services are subject to availability and additional charges.
Service Limitations
- Toronto Snow Pros is not liable for delays caused by severe weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
- Any changes to the agreed service schedule must be requested in advance.
4. Pricing and Taxes
- All prices listed on our website are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Final prices at checkout include all applicable taxes and fees.
5. Liability and Warranty
Damage Claims
- Toronto Snow Pros will take reasonable care when performing services. However, we are not liable for damages caused by pre-existing conditions, improper maintenance, or hidden obstacles.
- Any claims for damages must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of service completion.

We strive to provide high-quality snow removal services. If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will address the issue promptly.
